Rosé‘s “APT.” becomes fastest MV by Asian act to reach 1 billion views

BLACKPINK’s Rosé and Bruno Mars’s “APT.” music video surpassed 1 billion views on January 31, just 105 days since its release in October last year, agency The Black Label said Saturday. 

According to the agency, "APT." is now the fastest music video by an Asian artist to hit 1 billion views, breaking the 158-day record previously set by PSY’s “GANGNAM STYLE.” It is also the fifth fastest MV ever to achieve he feat. 

Previously, the MV achieved 100 million views within 5 days of its release, 300 million views in 22 days, and 500 million views in 47 days.
