Nancy Lang wins divorce suit against husband

Pop artist Nancy Lang has confirmed her divorce with Wang Jin-jin.
On October 1, the Supreme Court announced that it has finalized an earlier ruling in Nancy Lang’s divorce suit against Wang.
Nancy Lang had previously filed a divorce suit in April 2019 after marrying entrepreneur Wang Jin-ji in December 2017. Wang appealed against the divorce ruling in the first trial, but was rejected.
Wang had disappeared during the investigation after Nancy Lang sued him for assault and other charges. However, he was arrested in May 2019 in Seoul. He was charged with embezzlement and other charges, and was sentenced to 18 months in prison in the first trial.
