Kim Hyun-joong to enlist in December

Singer and actor Kim Hyun-joong will be enlisting on May 12.

According to sources in the entertainment industry, Kim Hyun-joong will receive five weeks of basic training for new recruits at a camp in Gyeonggido on May 12.

His agency Key East Entertainment said, "We don't know about his personal affairs. We can't tell you about his enlistment. He wants to enlist quietly as possible."

Kim Hyun-joong received his military enlistment notice at the end of last year and the beginning of this year, but he postponed the enlistment due to personal issues, including his overseas activities and his ex-girlfriend's pregnancy.

Meanwhile, it was revealed that Kim Hyun-joong's ex-girlfriend recently filed a lawsuit against him for damages asking for 1 billion won.
