EXO‘s manager fined 1 million KRW for assaulting fan

EXO's manager has been fined 1 million KRW for assaulting a fan.

On April 29, Judge Kim Sung-jin came to ruling on the case and fined the manager (A) a million one for allegedly assaulting a fan at the airport.

The event took place on August 19, 2014 at approximately 6:30 pm at the Incheon International Airport where the manager A was accompanying EXO across a parking lot. As a fan tried to take a picture of EXO, manager A slapped him/her on the head causing her to hit her head on her camera. The fan was treated in the hospital for two weeks for his/her sprain and bruise.

The court ruled, "Combining the proof, the truth of the defendant injuring the plaintiff has been acknowledged."
