EXO's Tao, who has recently been embroiled in withdrawal rumors, left a significant message.
On April 26, Tao wrote on his Weibo, "I'm sorry. Thank you," raising fans' curiosity. This is the first post he wrote since he has been embroiled in rumors of leaving EXO.
The rumors surfaced for the first time on April 16 when Tao didn't perform with his fellow members for their latest song "Call Me Baby" due to his ankle injury.
However, Chinese media outlets carefully brought up Tao's withdrawal rumors. As the rumors even spread in Korea, EXO's label SM Entertainment stated that the rumors are absolutely groundless.
However, the rumors reignited when Tao's father personally left a message on Weibo on April 22.
In response, SM Entertainment rep said, "We have been in the process of consistently discussing with Tao and his father regarding his various promotions in China, so we see it as a pity that such message has been posted. Despite that, we will search for a progressive way through conversion with Tao and his father."
