Kim Sung-kyun confirmed for “Reply 1988” + His past interview draws attention

While actor Kim Sung-kyun has been cast in upcoming tvN drama 'Reply 1988', his interview in the past has resurfaced.

In an interview with Ilgan Sports on March 2, Kim Sung-kyun said, "I still get along with 'Reply 1994' team."

He showed off his close friendship with the 'Reply 1994' cast, stating, "I still enjoy talking with them on mobile chatting room nearly every day. I just talked with them right before this interview."

Meanwhile, a media outlet reported on April 21, "Kim Sung-kyun has been confirmed for 'Reply 1988'."

Kim Sung-kyun's agency Fantagio rep said, "The actor received an offer for 'Reply 1988' and is currently reviewing positively. He didn't receive a synopsis for the drama, so his role is not yet decided."
