IU to sing theme song for “Take Care of My Dad”

Singer IU will be lending her voice for a new variety show "Take Care of My Dad."

On March 15, SBS stated that IU will be participating on the theme song of 'Take Care of My Dad' with her sweet voice and soft emotions.

IU's sweet voice is expected to ginger up the show, where fathers and daughters learn to restore the father-daughter relationship.

IU said, "I watched 'Take Care of My Dad' last Lunar New Year, and I was able to look back on my own relationship with my dad. When I received the offer to sing the theme song, I was happy to accept it. I went into the recording thinking of my dad."

Meanwhile, "Take Care of My Dad" is a show that focuses on the relationships between male celebrities in their 50s and their daughters in the 20s. The first episode will air on March 21 at 8:45 pm.
