EXO's Lay participated in public welfare activities for local homecoming people during the 2015 Spring Festival, which is one of the biggest holidays in China.
On February 13, EXO's Lay had a meaningful time as a volunteer for public welfare activities 'LOVE TO GO HOME' held in Yunfu City of Guangdong Province in China.
'LOVE TO GO HOME' is a pro bono activity supported by Chinese electric bicycle company AIMA aimed to support home comers who ride motorcycles to their way home during China's Spring Festival.
Lay joined the activity as a representative of EXO, the advertisement model of AIMA. He handed over scarves, hot packs, first aids, cup ramen, water, and toys to home comers, drawing explosive reactions from them. He also was awarded an appreciation plaque by AIMA for contributing to Korea-China cultural exchange and volunteer work.
Lay said, "It was an honor to participate in such a meaningful public activity during Spring Festival, which is one of the biggest holidays in China. Since health and safety are the two most important things for homecoming people on their way home, it was a very meaningful time to help them. I'd like to keep participating in public welfare activities, and I will show various activities as EXO."
Meanwhile, EXO will hold its second exclusive concert 'EXO PLANET #2 - The EXO'luXion -' at Seoul Olympic Park on March 7 and 8, and 13 and 15.
