On January 14, media outlet Channel A reported that Clara filed a lawsuit against her agency for contract nullification on the basis that she felt sexually harassed by the agency's president.

According to the report, Clara claimed that she felt sexually harassed by the agency chief Mr. Lee, and in September, she notified the agency that she wanted to cancel her contract. In December, she filed a lawsuit for contract nullification.

Clara signed a contract that would last until 2018 with 'P Agency', but he agency chief Mr. Lee began to send her text messages several times, souring the relationship between her and the agency.
