Samsung Electronics has achieved the most first-place rankings across categories in the Korean Customer Satisfaction Index (KCSI) survey. This is evaluated as setting an unrivaled milestone for 25 consecutive years.

On the 30th, Samsung Electronics announced that it took first place in nine categories in this year's KCSI survey, setting the record for the most category wins among participating companies. Conducted by the Korea Management Association Consulting (KMAC), this survey evaluates customer satisfaction with products and services across major domestic industries. Its core purpose is to measure customer satisfaction levels in each sector by assessing overall satisfaction and repurchase intentions.

Through this survey, Samsung Electronics set a record of 29 consecutive years at the top in both the TV and mobile phone categories. In addition, it cemented its standing by placing first for 25 consecutive years in the PC category and for 17 consecutive years in both refrigerators and washing machines.

Specifically, in the mobile phone segment, its Galaxy AI features received high praise, including "Now Brief," which provides tailored information based on users' daily routines and interests, and "Now Nudge," which identifies user contexts and circumstances to offer timely guidance, such as registering schedule events or saving locations, helping users transition naturally to their next action.

In the PC segment, positive reviews centered on the "Galaxy Ecosystem," which enables seamless connectivity across smartphones, tablets, and PCs, along with the outstanding performance of the "Galaxy Book 6 series," including extended battery life and enhanced display visibility.

Cho Myung-ho, Vice President of Samsung Electronics' Visual Display (VD) Business, said, "This result is the fruit of our accumulated product technological prowess and dedication to customer satisfaction over a long period." He added, "Building on differentiated AI technology and superior quality, we will continue to introduce products and services that make our customers' daily lives even more convenient."
