Doosan E&C is launching open recruitment for entry-level employees in the second half of this year. Amid expanding its business portfolio across both the private and public sectors, the company plans to secure new talent to strengthen its foundation for growth.

Doosan E&C announced on the 18th that it will accept applications for entry-level positions for the second half of 2026 from 10:00 a.m. on the 21st until 6:00 p.m. on October 2.

The recruitment covers eight categories: architectural construction, civil engineering construction, mechanical construction, electrical construction, safety, site management, sales, and finance.

Applicants must hold a degree from a four-year university or be scheduled to graduate by February 2027, and must satisfy the company's designated English language proficiency standards, except for graduates of overseas universities in English-speaking countries. Candidates must also have completed or been exempted from military service and have no disqualifications for overseas travel.

Candidates who do not meet the specified major or formal requirements for a given category may still apply if they possess an equivalent level of expertise. However, relevant certifications are mandatory for the safety category.

The selection process will proceed through document screening and an AI competency assessment, followed by first- and second-round interviews. Final hires are scheduled to join the company at the end of December.

Meanwhile, Doosan E&C is a comprehensive construction firm established in 1960 that operates across the broader construction industry, including housing, building construction, and civil works. The builder operates residential brands We've and We've the Zenith, and has expanded its civil engineering footprint through major infrastructure projects such as the Shinbundang Line.

The company also maintains employee welfare and compensation programs. It provides flexible working arrangements, tuition assistance for children, health checkups and medical expenses, and long-service awards, while establishing a compensation system that shares company growth outcomes with members.

An official from Doosan E&C said, "As we continuously strengthen our business competitiveness, we are conducting this open recruitment to secure top talent who will shape the future of our company," adding, "We look forward to strong interest and applications from candidates eager to demonstrate their capabilities across various project sites and roles while growing together with Doosan E&C."
