Hansol Paper announced on the 17th that it participated in LOUPE Americas 2026, North America's largest label and packaging industry exhibition held in Chicago, U.S. The event runs from the 15th to the 17th.

LOUPE Americas is a business-to-business (B2B) trade show offering a comprehensive look at the latest technologies and trends across the packaging sector, including labels, flexible packaging, and folding cartons.

At this year's exhibition, Hansol Paper presented under the banner "All about Label: From Facestock to Release Liner." By showcasing both facestock—including thermal paper used for the printable surface of labels—and release liners that protect the adhesive backing, the company reinforced its competitive edge as a total solutions provider supplying diverse materials essential for label production.

Hansol Paper introduced an expanded portfolio of phenol-free thermal paper products, which have earned solid recognition in the U.S. market for quality and reliable supply. The company also garnered industry attention by presenting its proprietary back-barrier coating technology.

The back-barrier coating technology is an innovative solution that blocks moisture penetration to safeguard label quality while reducing adhesive consumption, thereby lowering manufacturing costs for client companies. The company also unveiled special durability-enhanced products, engineered to withstand elevated heat and alcohol exposure for demanding operating conditions such as hot beverage cups and medical or pharmaceutical labels frequently wiped with alcohol.

An official from Hansol Paper said, "Through this exhibition, we presented our distinctive label technologies, including back-barrier coating, alongside eco-friendly product lineups to global clients," adding, "Moving forward, we will firmly establish our position as a total solution supplier leading the label industry, going well beyond simple thermal paper manufacturing and supply."
