Samsung SDS has become the first company in South Korea to earn the Select Tier Partner status in Anthropic's Claude Partner Network. The designation signifies that the company possesses certified technical personnel and has demonstrated proven experience deploying solutions for joint customers in production environments. Samsung SDS plans to expand the deployment of Claude-based AI services and agents by leveraging Anthropic's artificial intelligence capabilities.

On the 15th, Samsung SDS announced that following the strategic partnership signed with Anthropic at the AI Summit in San Francisco this past July, it has now secured the Select Tier status. A company official explained that the achievement reflects Samsung SDS's demonstrated capabilities in deploying, operating, and providing technical support for Claude-based services.

Samsung SDS holds official reseller status to supply Claude and support its operations via Amazon Web Services' (AWS) generative AI platform, Amazon Bedrock. By adding the Select Tier qualification within Anthropic's Claude Partner Network, the company has reinforced an end-to-end AI adoption framework spanning Claude consulting, procurement via Amazon Bedrock, service deployment and operations, and ongoing technical support.

Chris Chawry, Head of International Go-To-Market at Anthropic, stated, "Samsung SDS is a partner equipped with deep technical expertise and industry knowledge to apply AI to actual business operations in enterprise environments," adding, "We will further expand strategic collaboration between the two companies and actively support South Korean enterprises in maximizing productivity and driving innovation through Claude."

Lee Jun-hee, CEO of Samsung SDS, emphasized, "We will support domestic enterprises in accelerating AI adoption and creating tangible business value," noting that "by integrating global AI technologies, including Claude, with Samsung SDS's multidimensional AI full-stack, we will support our clients' successful AI transformation (AX)."
