LIG Defense & Aerospace (LIG D&A) will begin large-scale open recruitment for entry-level and experienced employees for the second half of 2026.

On the 2nd, LIG D&A announced that it is hiring new employees to focus on securing talent in cutting-edge future technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI) and cyber security. Applications can be submitted through the company's recruitment website by the 13th for entry-level and intern positions, and from the 7th to the 27th for experienced positions.

The recruitment covers various business sectors, including missile systems, naval, satellite, AI, and cyber security. The company plans to select a triple-digit number of candidates across various roles, including research and development, domestic and international business management, quality control, and management support.

The hiring process consists of document screening and a competency assessment, followed by a software coding test, practical interviews by sector, and leader interviews.

LIG D&A is a technology-driven company where research and development personnel account for about 60% of all employees. As of the first half of this year, the number of employees stood at 5,986, continuing an upward growth trend with an increase of 1,251 compared to two years ago.

The company also operates various family-friendly programs to support work-life balance, including a flexible working hours system allowing employees to adjust commute times according to their schedules, a refresh vacation policy providing vacation allowances for annual leave of three days or more, and family days inviting employees' families.

An official from LIG D&A said, "To secure leadership in the future battlefield environment, we are actively taking steps to recruit core talent who will lead the development of cutting-edge defense technologies such as AI and cyber security," adding, "We will continue to expand diverse hiring programs, including corporate invitation events."
