SK Telecom has launched the "Galaxy Quantum 7," featuring sub-flagship device performance.

According to SK Telecom on the 25th, the Galaxy Quantum 7, an SKT-exclusive model, is the thinnest and lightest in the Quantum series, with a thickness of 6.9 mm and a weight of 179 grams. Its portability has reportedly improved to a level that ranks among the top across the entire Galaxy A series.

In particular, the model comes packed with features such as artificial intelligence (AI) functions and 45W fast-charging support, yet boasts outstanding cost-effectiveness with a retail price of 717,200 won, according to an SKT official. For AI capabilities, the "Voice Transcript Assist" feature has been newly added, which converts voice files into text and supports translation.

The camera system also incorporates low-light noise reduction for the first time in the Galaxy A series, enhancing the clarity of photos and videos in dark environments. Furthermore, its water and dust resistance rating has been upgraded to IP68, the same level found in the latest flagship models.

SKT emphasized that it is running various promotions to celebrate the launch of the Galaxy Quantum 7. Koo Hyun-chul, head of the Sales & Marketing Division at SKT, said, "This model focuses on minimizing the price burden while equipping users with high performance and core AI features that offer high practical usability in daily life," adding, "We will strive to satisfy diverse customer needs through a broad lineup of devices."
