Hyundai Motor is launching large-scale recruitment for new hires in the second half of the year, aiming to secure talent to lead future growth businesses such as software-defined vehicles (SDVs), AI, and robotics.

Hyundai Motor announced on the 24th that it will recruit new employees across all divisions through its recruitment website over a two-week period, from September 1-14.

This recruitment continues the company's large-scale hiring approach from the first half into the second half of the year, covering six divisions in total: research and development, design, production and manufacturing, business and planning, management support, and IT. A total of 92 job postings are included.

Through this recruitment drive, Hyundai Motor plans to secure talent with diverse capabilities and potential to strengthen its future business competitiveness, with a particular focus on securing talent to lead future growth businesses in response to industry shifts around SDVs, AI, and robotics.

The company will also offer online and offline programs to expand touchpoints with prospective applicants. These will let current employees and applicants meet directly to exchange information about job roles and the hiring process, while outstanding participants in offline programs will receive an exemption from the document screening stage.

Hyundai Motor will hold the "Team Hyundai Career Lounge" on September 10 at a cafe near Gangnam Station in Seoul, allowing attendees to directly communicate with current employees. Outstanding participants at the event will receive an "H-SuperPass," granting them exemption from the document screening stage in this recruitment round.

Ahead of that, the company will hold a YouTube livestream information session on September 2 to help applicants better understand the hiring process and job roles. Registration for these programs opens on the 24th via Hyundai Motor's recruitment website.

A Hyundai Motor official said, "We believe that the capabilities and potential of each individual member come together to create greater innovation," adding, "We will continue to identify talent capable of creating new value through diverse perspectives and potential."
