T-way Air will conduct a recruitment drive for new intern mechanics.

On July 30, T-way Air announced that it is recruiting new interns on a track for permanent employment. Applications will be accepted through August 7.

Common eligibility requirements include existing graduates and those expected to graduate in February 2027. Prospective graduates must be available to start employment in October.

Applicants must possess an official language test score of TOEIC 650 or higher, or TOEIC Speaking / OPIc IM3 or higher, and have no disqualifying grounds for overseas travel.

Preferred qualifications include aircraft type ratings (B737NG, B737-8, A330), a driver's license, experience as an aircraft maintenance non-commissioned officer, and excellent foreign language skills.

The selection process consists of document screening and competency assessment, first-round interview, second-round interview, and employment medical examination. Applicants eligible for the competency assessment will be announced on August 10.

Final successful candidates will join the company sequentially in October 2026, work as interns for one year, and undergo an evaluation for transition to permanent positions.

Meanwhile, T-way Air changed its corporate name to Trinity Airways through a recent general meeting of shareholders, and operation under the name Trinity Airways is scheduled to begin after approval from relevant domestic and international authorities is completed.

An official from T-way Air said, "We ask for interest and applications from passionate talent who will lead a new leap forward together," adding, "T-way Air will not spare full support so that outstanding talent can unleash their potential to the fullest."
