Air Premia is recruiting its second batch of rookie cabin crew members for 2026, aiming for the final selections to join the company this coming September.
Air Premia announced on July 7 that it is launching an open recruitment drive for cabin crew to enhance customer service quality and strengthen in-flight safety.
Eligible applicants include those scheduled to graduate by February 2027, who have no disqualifying grounds for performing international cabin crew duties or traveling abroad. Candidates must also possess a corrected visual acuity of 1.0 or higher and hold at least one valid official English proficiency score, such as a TOEIC score of 600 or higher, a TOEIC Speaking score of IM or above, or an OPIc score of IM or above.
The selection process will move from document screening to initial practical interviews, Culture Fit interviews accompanied by physical fitness tests, and employment medical checkups. The physical fitness test, designed to verify the fundamental stamina required to handle in-flight safety duties, will include measurements for grip strength, sit-ups, and burpee tests.
In particular, preferential treatment will be given during the screening process to applicants with outstanding foreign language proficiencies, as well as those holding qualifications or professional experience in safety or nursing sectors. Required documents for submission include a certificate of graduation (or expected graduation) from the highest level of education attained, an official language proficiency scorecard, and other professional certifications.
Initial practical interviews will take place from July 28 to July 31, followed by Culture Fit interviews from August 10 to August 13. The final selection will be announced in mid-August.
"Cabin crew members play a vital role in taking responsibility for our customers' journeys from the closest proximity," an official from Air Premia stated. "We look forward to receiving applications from talented individuals who possess a customer-centric service mindset and a deep sense of responsibility to help build an even safer and more trusted airline."
