KCC Glass will newly establish a premium certification 'ONE Grade' in its glass processing partner enterprise certification network 'e-Master Club' and step forward to advance its glass processing quality control system.

According to KCC Glass on the 30th, the e-Master Club is a system where KCC Glass grants partner enterprise qualifications and certifications to glass processing businesses equipped with excellent technological prowess and quality competitiveness. Currently, KCC Glass grants 164 certifications to 121 partner enterprises nationwide.

The ONE Grade newly established this time is a certification granted only to partner enterprises equipped with top-tier capabilities at the top 10% level among overall e-Master Club partner enterprises. Subdividing by process characteristics, it grants 10 certifications in the double-glazed glass sector, 3 in the tempered glass sector, and 2 in the laminated glass sector.

The evaluation period spans from January to April every year. Certification results are announced through a regular seminar held once a year.

To partner enterprises that receive the ONE Grade certification, various incentives are provided—including KOLAS-accredited test report support, additional points granting when selecting special sales projects, quality measurement equipment support, and internal and external public relations support.

Through this, KCC Glass plans to heighten the competitiveness of selected partner enterprises on one hand, while inducing voluntary quality improvement of e-Master Club partner enterprises on the other.

A KCC Glass official stated, "This is aimed at cultivating core partner enterprises that will lead the domestic glass market and further strengthening the quality control capacity of the e-Master Club," adding, "Together with the top partner enterprises, we will establish the glass processing quality standards of the industry's highest level."
