The Korea Conservative Political Action Conference (KCPAC) will attend the 2025 Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) to be held at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center near Washington, D.C., from Feb. 19 to Feb. 20.
Through CPAC, which is a representative event of American conservatism, KCPAC plans to strengthen cooperation between the Korean and American conservative camps and convey messages to the international community about protecting freedom and democracy in the Republic of Korea.
CPAC is the world's largest conservative conference, where American conservatives gather to discuss policies and explore future political directions.
Organized by the American Conservative Union (ACU), the event has been held annually since 1974. Notable speakers, including former US President Ronald Reagan as well as incumbent US President Donald Trump, have delivered speeches as prominent conservative leaders.
Established in 2019, KCPAC is the official Korean partner organization of CPAC. It focuses on strengthening conservative values in the Republic of Korea and expanding cooperation between the Korean and American conservative camps.
KCPAC emphasizes the importance of freedom and democracy, market economy, and the Korea-U.S. alliance. Additionally, it engages in various activities to spread conservatism within Korea. The activities of KCPAC aim to strengthen conservatism and protect freedom in both Korea and the United States.
