The number of brands utilizing Cafe24 Daily Delivery has surged more than 22-fold within a year of its launch.
According to Cafe24 on the 16th, the number of brands using the service has grown by over 30% month-on-month, and the monthly shipping volume has increased about ninefold compared to the initial phase. Over the past year, the cumulative number of shipments exceeded 2.73 million.
A comparison of performance before and after adopting the service among brands that used it for at least three months showed improvements across all six core indicators: order volume, average lead time, purchase conversion rate, new buyers, weekday orders, and weekend orders.
Specifically, new customers increased by 31.4%, and overall order volume rose by 21.7%. Average shipping lead time was cut by 16.9%, while weekend orders grew by 21.2%, expanding sales that were previously concentrated on weekdays into the weekend.
Backed by these results, the retention rate of brands adopting Daily Delivery has exceeded 99%, with the churn rate remaining below 0.2% since its launch.
Daily Delivery is a fulfillment service designed to enable Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brands to operate a 7-day, 365-day shipping system. Without building their own logistics infrastructure, brands can store their products in Cafe24's partner warehouses in advance, allowing immediate shipping even on weekends and holidays upon order.
This allows independent shopping malls to easily secure delivery competitiveness comparable to major e-commerce platforms. Depending on their business strategy, brands can flexibly apply various shipping options such as daily delivery, same-day delivery, and dawn delivery.
The service can be implemented without separate development or complex system integration. Merchants simply apply for partner logistics services through Cafe24 and select their preferred shipping method. They can also selectively consign only specific products rather than their entire inventory.
Merchants can display intuitive shipping badges on their products, such as "ships today," "arrives tomorrow," or "daily delivery." They can also customize the badge design and shipping terms to align with their brand identity.
Cafe24 currently partners with seven logistics providers, including CJ Logistics, Fastbox, Fassto, Poomgo, Wekeep, Argo, and Our Box. The service supports both room-temperature and cold-chain shipping, ensuring stable operations for various product categories including food and beauty.
"This is more than just a delivery service; it is a solution that helps independent mall operators seize sales opportunities even on weekends," said Lee Jae-suk, CEO of Cafe24. "We will continue to advance our services so that merchants can secure shipping competitiveness without the burden of building physical logistics infrastructure."
