KT is recruiting the 10th class of educational trainees for its youth digital talent nurturing program, "KT AIVLE School."
AIVLE School is an AI and cloud-based practical talent training program run by the company in partnership with the Ministry of Employment and Labor. Since its inception five years ago, it has produced as many as 3,500 graduates. Consequently, the company has been recognized for steadily cultivating talents equipped with the digital capabilities and hands-on experience demanded by industrial fields.
KT announced on July 7 that it will accept applications until August 10 for the 10th class, which operates under two separate tracks: the AI Developer track and the DX (Digital Transformation) Consultant track. Trainees will enter the school in late September and participate in the training curriculum for approximately six months. Unemployed individuals aged 34 or under who have completed at least six semesters at a four-year university are eligible to apply.
The company explained that the AI Developer track aims to nurture talents who can develop services that enhance corporate business value by leveraging AI and cloud technologies. Meanwhile, the DX Consultant track is a curriculum designed to foster practical professionals who possess digital transformation strategy formulation and problem-solving capabilities on top of AI and cloud competencies, structured to enable them to perform DX tasks across various industrial sectors.
Trainees will undergo a total of 840 hours of theoretical and practical education, after which they will directly execute hands-on projects. In particular, through project-centered education that addresses real-world problems capable of arising in industrial environments, they will experience the entire pipeline from AI service planning to development and implementation.
"As the AX (AI Transformation) transition spreads across all industries, demand is surging for talents who possess both technological capabilities and practical experience," said Lee Sun-ju, Senior Vice President of the HR Office at KT. "Based on the educational know-how that KT AIVLE School has accumulated, we will actively support young individuals so they can grow into competitive AX talents in the industrial field."
