Linked has entered into a strategic partnership with MatchesPlan, the operator of the AI-powered workplace management solution "Offio," to aggressively expand its AI transformation (AX) business.
According to Linked on June 24, Offio stands out for its ability to seamlessly revolutionize working hour logging, task activity analysis, and enterprise-wide data implementation for AX without imposing an operational burden on companies. Notably, the solution incorporates a "selective submission system" that allows employees to delete sensitive personal records before submitting logs to managers, simultaneously achieving both workflow visibility and privacy protection.
Leveraging its extensive corporate client network and business development capabilities, Linked plans to drive sales and market expansion for Offio. Through this move, the firm aims to broaden its AX solution portfolio and discover new revenue streams. Meanwhile, MatchesPlan will handle service development and operations to ensure stable product delivery.
Starting this month, the two companies will run a pilot partner program targeting the first 20 businesses that apply. By refining the service based on client feedback, they plan to accelerate their push into the flexible corporate scheduling and AX markets.
"Through this collaboration, we will support more companies in effortlessly achieving a double win: maximizing operational efficiency and building robust AX datasets," said Kim Isaac, CEO of MatchesPlan.
"This partnership allows us to extend our AX business portfolio into the realm of workforce productivity management," emphasized Linked CEO Min Yong-jae. "By strengthening our supply of AI and AX solutions for corporate clients, we will secure new growth engines and a solid revenue foundation."
