Hyundai Motor Group has unveiled upgraded versions of its flagship commercial vehicles, strengthening product competitiveness across logistics and transportation operations with enhanced design, digital features, durability and safety technologies.
The automaker said Thursday it launched the “New 2027 Mighty,” “New 2027 Pavise,” “2027 Xcient” and the “New 2027 Xcient Hydrogen Fuel Cell Truck.” Hyundai explained that the latest lineup adopts a unified design language across its commercial vehicle range while reflecting practical improvements tailored for real-world transport environments.

The Mighty received the most extensive changes, marking its first major facelift in about 11 years since its 2015 debut. The front fascia now features three chrome lines and a V-shaped cube mesh pattern, completing Hyundai’s commercial vehicle family look. Newly applied LED rear combination lamps also improve visibility and add a more premium appearance.
Inside, Hyundai equipped the Mighty with a 12.3-inch digital cluster and AVN display to strengthen digital usability. The truck also gains an “Advanced Eco Roll” function, which reduces unnecessary engine load during coasting, and an Electronic Braking System (EBS) to improve fuel efficiency and braking stability.
Hyundai also extended the rear axle oil replacement interval from 40,000 kilometers to 240,000 kilometers by applying synthetic oil. A 24V 90AH high-capacity alternator now comes standard across all trims to improve chassis usability.

The Pavise also returns with a partial redesign after seven years. Developed under the concept of “strong contrast and technological boldness,” the truck adopts a redesigned front-end and a roof visor visually aligned with the Xcient lineup.
A new “Prestige Max” trim has been added for high-load, long-distance transport demand. Hyundai reinforced frame height and thickness to secure rigidity for loads of up to 8 to 8.5 tons. The company also upgraded the transmission from a six-speed automatic to a nine-speed unit to improve fuel economy and driving performance.

The Xcient lineup focused on improving durability and safety for demanding operating environments. The dump truck model now adopts splined-type disc brakes to enhance maintenance efficiency and durability. Hyundai also upgraded the front axle kingpin bush and variable-flow steering pump to improve reliability during extended operation.
The hydrogen fuel cell truck version also received significant upgrades. Hyundai applied a new radiator grille and chrome garnish to improve exterior styling, while adding advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) including Smart Cruise Control Stop & Go, Highway Driving Assist (HDA) and Lane Following Assist (LFA).

The automaker said improvements to the fuel cell system and the addition of an Idle Stop & Go function increased energy efficiency by around 0.5%.
Across all three commercial vehicle models, Hyundai introduced its next-generation infotainment system, ccNC AVN, supporting over-the-air (OTA) software updates as well as wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Passenger vehicle-level convenience features such as improved rear-view camera quality, push-button start, smart key, electronic parking brake (EPB), and full-auto air conditioning and heating systems were also expanded.
