Stray Kids has marked a new milestone in K-pop history by launching their first-ever European tour with a sold-out show in Amsterdam.
According to JYP Entertainment on July 14, the group opened the European leg of their world tour “Dominate” with a solo concert at Johan Cruyff Arena on July 11. The event sold out entirely, making Stray Kids the first Asian artists to headline the venue and setting a new record as the largest K-pop concert ever held in the Netherlands.
Johan Cruyff Arena, the largest stadium in the Netherlands and home to the national football team, has hosted performances by global legends such as Michael Jackson, Madonna, and Coldplay. Stray Kids’ appearance at this venue underscores their growing influence in Europe.
The concert began with “MOUNTAINS,” a track from their EP ATE, followed by a 30-song setlist that included hit songs like “Thunderous,” “Back Door,” “God’s Menu,” and “Maniac,” as well as unit stages from their mixtape Dominate.
Toward the end of the show, the group shared, “It’s a huge honor to begin our European tour here in Amsterdam. We’ll cherish today’s cheers and love for a long time.”
Following Amsterdam, Stray Kids will continue their European stadium tour in Frankfurt, London, Madrid, Paris, and Rome.
