“The Old Woman with the Knife” to have world premiere at 75th Berlin Int’l Film Festival

Film director Min Kyu-dong and actress Lee Hye-young from thriller “The Old Woman with the Knife” will attend the 75th Berlin International Film Festival on Thursday, film distributor NEW announced on Tuesday.

The film distributor said that director Min Kyu-dong and Lee Hye-young have been invited to this year's Berlinale Special pick and will attend the world premiere screening on Sunday night. Kim Sung-cheol, who also stars in the film, will join them at the premiere.

Based on the bestselling novel “Pagwa” by Gu Byeong-mo, the movie depicts a confrontation between an elderly female killer and a young male killer.
