BTS’ Jungkook selected as “Platinum Player”

BTS member Jungkook was recognized as one of the best artists in the United States.

On September 20, The Hollywood Reporter released a list of 25 Platinum Players in Music that are at the top of the game.

The list included Beyonce, Taylor Swift, and other world-class artists. Jungkook was the only K-pop artist on the list.

“BTS may have hit the pause button as various members complete military service, but Jungkook is having the most fun by topping the charts with thumping hit ‘Seven’, a collaboration with Latto that reached the No. 1 spot on the Billboard Hot 100,” the magazine said.

“The song performed so well around the world that it reigns as Billboard’s No. 1 global song of the summer in 2023,” it said.
