Tarasoft and DaWinKS announced Monday that they have signed a strategic partnership agreement.
Both companies agreed to actively exchange and cooperate in the technology and business fields, and to cooperate for overseas expansion.
Tarasoft is a software developer specialized in computer development for business purposes. It is developing, supplying, and serving coins, wallets, exchanges, and NFTs among the five major areas that apply blockchain technology. In 2023, it plans to expand its NFT partnerships with domestic sports stars, artists, and entertainers, shifting from B2B-centered OEM supply structure to B2C that directly secures general users.
“We are preparing a new resolution and vision to advance blockchain-based products developed under our own brand TARA not only in Korea but also abroad,” the company said. It is also focusing its capabilities on developing the metaverse by the end of 2024, and plans to provide services so that TARA NFT can become an item of metaverse.
DaWinKS provides foreign currency exchange, overseas remittance, and electronic money charging services through DTM/Digital ATM and CTM/Crypto ATM. It launched non-face-to-face KYC (Know Your Customer identity verification) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) functions, and installed and began operations at a savings bank in Busan, a blockchain specialized zone, in December 2022.
