“Confession” tops box office for 5 consecutive days

“Confession” has remained No. 1 at the local box office for five consecutive days.

The film, starring So Ji-sub and Kim Yoon-jin, drew 31,527 viewers on Monday, according to the data by the Korean Film Council on Tuesday. Its cumulative total has reached 284,530 admissions since its release on Oct. 28. 

“Confession” is about promising businessman Yoo Min-ho (played by So Ji-sub), who was identified as the only suspect in the murder case, and Yang Shin-ae (played by Kim Yoon-jin), a lawyer with a 100% winning rate to prove his innocence.
