BTS and SEVENTEEN nominated for 2022 MTV Video Music Awards

BTS and SEVENTEEN have been nominated in six categories for the 2022 MTV Video Music Awards (VMA). 

On July 26, the 2022 MTV VMA officially announced its list of nominees on MTV’s official website and social media. According to the list, BTS and SEVENTEEN snagged nominations in four and three different categories, respectively. 

BTS has been nominated for Best K-Pop, Best Metaverse Performance, Best Visual Effects, and Best Choreography.

SEVENTEEN has been nominated in Best New Artist, Push Performance of the Year, and Best K-Pop. 

The 2022 MTV VMA will be held on August 28.
