K-pop band U-Kiss made a donation to Ukrainian people.
The three-member group donated 10 million won to the Ukrainian embassy for Ukrainian people who are suffering from Russian invasion that took place on March 3.
U-Kiss met with Ukrainian ambassador to the Republic of Korea Dmytro Ponomarenko to deliver donation. In response, the ambassador tweeted, “The talented boys expressed their solidarity with Ukraine and donated for humanitarian aid to Ukrainian people.”
U-Kiss stated that they donated to support Ukrainian migrants and children who are suffering from armed conflict. “I hope that our support will help giving strength to the people of Ukraine who are suffering from the war. We sincerely hope that the war will end soon as possible and there will be peace.”
