Actor Kim Soo-hyun revealed why he chose “One Ordinary Day”.
On November 26, a production conference for Coupang Play drama “One Ordinary Day” was held online. The event was attended by Kim Soo-hyun, Cha Seung-won, Kim Sung-gyu, and director Lee Myung-woo.
“I wanted to make the charm of the original drama mine if possible. So when I heard of the plan of the new drama, I thought, ‘This is an opportunity,” Kim said. “As Hyun-soo in the drama, I was innocent, deeply resentful, sad, hurt, swayed and grew up.”
“One Ordinary Day” is a Korean adaptation of a 2008 British drama series, “Criminal Justice.” It is about an ordinary college student who becomes a murder suspect overnight and a small-time lawyer who struggles to prove his innocence.
“One Ordinary Day” is set to premiere on November 27 at 12 a.m.
