Brave Girls appointed Korea tourism ambassadors

Girl group Brave Girls has been appointed as honorary ambassadors of the Korea Tourism Organization (KTO), the organization said Wednesday.

The KTO and the Korea Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism announced that Brave Girls will feature in five promotional videos as honorary cultural ambassadors to attract tourists with an interest in Hallyu, or the Korean Wave.

The girl group has been appointed considering their popularity as K-pop stars among fans at home and abroad with their hopeful messages and concerts to stay positive during the pandemic.

The promotional videos are part of a campaign titled “Level Up Your Rhythm of Korea.” They will be released Thursday on KTO’s YouTube channel and its Facebook page.
