Block B member P.O and his agency Seven Seasons made an official apology for wearing a stage outfit with Japanese words printed on it at a festival celebrating Korea's Liberation Day.

On August 16, P.O wrote on Block B's official Twitter, "Hello, this is Block B's P.O. I apologize for making many people uncomfortable with the problematic stage outfit though the stage was to celebrate 70 years of independence on August 15. This is my fault. I want to deeply apologize to the people in Korea without any excuse. I will be careful in my choice of outfit in the future. I'm sorry."

Block B's agency, Seven Seasons, also made an apology through its official Facebook.

"We are deeply sorry for the controversial outfit," an agency spokesperson said.
