Lee Min-ho files lawsuit against company for unauthorized use of his image

Actor Lee Min-ho filed for an injunction against cosmetics companies who used his image without his permission.
On June 10, Lee Min-ho's agency Starhaus rep said, "Some companies have been manufacturing and distributing so-called 'Lee Min-ho Mask Pack' without permission. They have violated Lee Min-ho's portrait rights and publicity rights, which could possibly mislead general consumers as well as many visitors who come to Korea."
The agency said, "Some companies have been trying to attract investors, so damages could spread fast and investors could suffer damage due to the contract and investment without checking accurately."
The agency said that they have filed for an injunction to prevent any secondary investment damages.
