Song Joong-ki receives compliments from military source

With the news of actor Song Joong-ki's military discharge, a military source's comments for the actor are garnering attention.


On May 26, a source from Song Joong-ki's battalion said, "While servicing in the reconnaissance battalion of the 22nd Division, Song Jong-ki completed all the training with the other soldiers without any different treatment. He carried out several search and ambush operations in the demilitarized zone."


The source added, "Song Joong-ki did an excellent job in the army. He carried out all the dangerous trainings without showing he is a celebrity or being older than others."
