SM apologizes for Red Velvet manager‘s harsh behavior

SM Entertainment made an apology after a video of Red Velvet's manager cursing at fans was revealed.

The video has been uploaded onto YouTube with the title "Fancam of Red Velvet on their way back home following the 'Music Bank' broadcast on May 8" on May 8.

In the 90-second video, a man who appears to be Red Velvet's manager is cursing and yelling at the fans who had been waiting for the girl group.

As the manager received much criticism for his harsh behavior, the video spread online, SM Entertainment offered an apology, stating, "With this incident, we would like to sincerely apologize to the fans. We will make sure that such thing does not happen again."
