Singer Se7en updated his fans with a picture of himself.


On May 8, Se7en uploaded a photo on his Instagram, and wrote, "#Elisabeth #afternoon exercise #practice #weatherisgood."


In the picture, the singer is seen taking a selfie using a reflector. His unchangingly firm body is attracting the viewers' attention.


Meanwhile, Se7en released a full version of 'Die Scatten werden langer' through various music sites on May 8.
