Former MBLAQ member Thunder, now known as Park Sang-hyun, has announced plans to release a solo album.

On April 14, a press conference for MBC's upcoming weekend drama 'Make a Woman Cry' was held at MBC Building in Sangam-dong, Seoul. The event was attended by PD Kim Geun-hong as well as the cast including Kim Jung-eun, Song Chang-eui, In Kyo-jin, Ha Hee-ra, Lee Tae-ran, Oh Dae-gyu, and Park Sang-hyun (Thunder).

Park Sang-hyun, who took on the drama role for the first time after withdrawing from MBLAQ, said, "It's been only a few months (since my withdrawal), but I was lucky to meet great producers, writers, and senior actors for a new chance. It's burdensome but at the same time, I'm so excited and happy."

When asked about his plans for an album, he answered, "I don't think it's alright to talk about it at a drama press conference, but I'm preparing for a solo album."

Meanwhile, Park Sang-hyun will play the role of Kang Hyeon-seo, who always stays at home for health reasons after taking time off from school.

"Make a Woman Cry" will premiere on April 18 at 8:45 pm.
