On March 28, duo TVXQ held a preview press conference in celebration of their 8th official album "New Chapter #1 : The Chance of Love" held at Blue Square in Hannam-dong, Seoul.

The title track "The Chance of Love" is a dance-pop genre song based on swing jazz featuring an addictive hook and guitar riff.
