Entertainer Noh Hong-chul's whereabouts has been revealed.


On July 8, a netizen uploaded a short video entitled "Noh Hong-chul with his bright smile" on an online community board.


The video was filmed by a netizen who met Noh Hong-chul on the street by chance.


In the video, Noh Hong-chul is saying hello to a citizen walking by while riding a bicycle. He carefully refused to take photos since he is holding a time of self-reflection.
 
Meanwhile, Noh Hong-chul withdrew himself from all television programs following the DUI incident in November last year.
