Girl's Day has sparked controversy for its alleged rude behavior.

On July 7, the Girl's Day members appeared on internet show AfreecaTV's "Kun TV" and were embroiled in a controversy over their alleged rude behavior towards the show's host Choi Kun.

Some netizens pointed out that Girl's Day appeared to often ignore the host. Netizens also criticized Hyeri for informally speaking to audience comments, as well as pointed out Sojin's dumpling war.

Currently, Girl's Day's AfreecaTV episode has been deleted and is unable to watch again on the site.

Following the controversy, host of AfreecaTV Choi Kun has responded with a statement stating that the controversy is based on misunderstandings, "There were no issues on the set. We really had fun."

He said, "Yesterday, I wanted to make the show more casual and more internet show-like. I wanted to go for realism. To make some laughs, I made up scenarios where the girls and I bicker in the show. I saw the chatroom on set, but I couldn't pick up on viewer criticisms real-time. I should have dealt with them but I was inexperienced."

He added, "It was really fun. There were some parts where things didn't go as I intended, and since it's a live broadcast there were some parts that didn't get filtered. Girl's Day really made it fun. During the show, I was never looked down or anything like that."
