Actress Nam Sang-mi revealed why she held a private wedding ceremony.

The January 24th episode of KBS2TV's 'Entertainment Weekly' featured Nam Sang-mi's wedding news.

On January 24, Nam Sang-mi got married with a businessman of the same age in a church located in Yangpyeong, Gyeonggi-do. Only family and close acquaintances were invited to the ceremony.

A source from Nam Sang-mi's agency said, "Nam Sang-mi has been always saying that she wanted to keep her wedding ceremony small and private. She has personally contacted people in the past to apologize in advance. The couple has postponed their honeymoon for now due to the groom's schedule."

Meanwhile, Nam Sang-mi announced her wedding plans last year in November by surprise. She and her husband met in 2013 through a mutual acquaintance.
