2NE1's Sandara Park will be debuting as an actress by taking the female lead in the joint Korean-Chinese web drama 'Dr. Mo Clinic'.

'Dr. Mo Clinic' is about hurt and healing of a man and a woman, who devoted themselves for love, but eventually were dumped. Sandara Park will play the role Lee So-dam, who hides her face with her long hair and doll costumes whenever she gets in troubles.

Sandara Park said, "Since it's my first acting, I want to grow up as an actress by learning step by step. I thought the drama would be a great merit as I can meet with fans all over the world online through the new genre called web drama."

She added, "It was interesting because the character I will play seems so similar with me. I'm nervous and I feel burdened, but I want to do my best by focusing well."

'Dr. Mo Clinic' will air in March simultaneously in Korea's Naver TVCAST and China's Youku.

Meanwhile, Sandara Park successfully wrapped up her group 2NE1' activities including the world tour last year.
