Actor Jang Geun-suk mentioned his withdrawal from "Three Meals a Day".

On January 15, Jang Geuk-suk's agency Tree J agency rep told a media outlet, "There was a controversy, and we didn't want to cause harm to the program. So we decided to withdraw from 'Three Meals a Day'."

The agency said, "It's very sad. Leaving right and wrong, we are sorry to Cha Seung-won and Yoo Hae-jin who went through hardships together, and to the production team."

"Three Meals a Day" will need the extra time in order to edit the episode. Instead of the originally airing date of January 16, the first episode of 'Three Meals a Day' will air on January 23.

Meanwhile, Jang Geun-suk's agency clarified about the actor's tax evasion controversy on the 14th, stating, "The issue was created because of an error made by the agency's accounting firm and completely unrelated with Jang Geun-suk. The tax report has been corrected and the penalty fine was paid. Jang Geun-suk has diligently paid his taxes."
