BTS wins 6th consecutive victory at 2023 MAMA AWARDS

BTS won the ‘World Icon of the Year’ award for the 6th year in a row at the 2023 MAMA AWARDS.

The event was hosted at the Tokyo Dome in Japan under the concept entitled, “ONE I BORN.” 

BTS took home the trophy. Jungkook expressed gratitude via a pre-recorded video, saying, “ARMY, we have won ‘Worldwide Icon of the Year’ at the 2023 MAMA Awards once again. It’s our sixth time as the main act. We are immensely grateful for our ARMY’s steadfast love. Although we are not all here together today, we will reunite as a stronger one soon. Until then, stay healthy and joyful at every moment. We will eagerly wait our next meeting in an even better form.”
