Actress Park Hye-soo opened up about the recent school bullying scandal.

On March 7, Park Hye-soo updated her personal Instagram with lengthy posts, addressing rumors that she had been a perpetrator of school violence.

“It took me this long to open. I’m sorry. It was painful to watch false claims becoming prejudices that are hard for me to remove.”

Park Hye-soo went to study abroad in the United States in 2008. She claimed that she was bullied after coming back to school in 2009. False rumors about her spread, and she received text messages with curses and sexual harassments, which made her to get counseling for three years.

The actress claimed that the alleged victim is the one who flipped her lunch tray and cussed when she first transferred. “We became friends when were in the third year. Taking this before the law is now inevitable, but it really pains me to think of how things have turned out between me and someone who was once my friend.”

“Despite all these actions hoping me to shatter and fall, I will not be shaken and will reveal the truth no matter how long it takes,” she said.

She also apologized to KBS’s “Dear. M” production team, which has been postponed to air due to her controversy.
