Shim Eun-kyung confesses that she is not satisfied with her acting for “Missing You”

Actress Shim Eun-kyung recently sat down for an interview for her latest film, "Missing You" (Korean title: Waiting For You) on at a café in Palpan-dong, Seoul, on Thursday. This is the first time Shim Eun-kyung is acting for a thriller, and Shim confessed that she was not satisfied with her acting for the film.


She said, "I think I should be confident with my acting in a movie where I take a lead role. But this time, I think I failed to do so. I feel like there is something missing in my acting."


She added, "While filming this movie, I was worried a lot because it was hard to understand my character Heejoo. I keep asking myself if this acting was the best."


"Missing You" is a thriller involving a daughter named Heejoo (played by Shim Eun-kyung) who has waited 15 years for the release of the man who killed her father. It is set to premiere on March 10.
