‘Superstar K7’ winner Kevin Oh reveals plans for prize money

'Superstar K7' winner Kevin Oh has announced that he will be giving his prize money, 500 million won, to his parents.

Kevin Oh met with reporters after his won on the popular audition program on November 20 at CJ E&M Center in Sangam-dong, Seoul. He revealed, "I will give the entire prize money to my parents. They've been giving me all my life, and I've never had a chance to give them back. So I want to give it to them."

He continued, "I want to perform good deeds as well. My grandfather has devoted himself to mission work for ten years. And I want to follow him. Musically, I want to buy another instrument."

He added, "I'm not sure what kind of music I will do in Korea, but maybe I'd buy a studio if I need one."

Meanwhile, Kevin Oh will receive a 500 million won prize, as well as an album release and the chance to perform at the MAMA awards this year.
